Repetition of texture
Reflection
Texture the feel, appearance, or consistency of a surface or substance.Despite the ease to ear this term is more difficult than you think.Ones use of materials plays a major role in the term texture when illustrating in plain blank paper. For instance the sharpie creates a harsh and permanent appearance while the pencil develops a soothing light flow to the drawing. The constant difference of point and lines create a illusion, therefore making it seem as the paper actually has a texture.Even though the drawing was challenging it encouraged me to see the real life items that include texture in order to have a reference. In conclusion the repetition of texture is seen around the world no matter it’s different forms of showing it.
Nicely done with the textures on your drawing. Very well thought.
ReplyDeleteI also liked the fact that you have used all the spaces on the paper to put your creativity into it.
